David M. Passman is the Founder of The Passman Group. He has extensive expertise in the leasing and sale of all sectors of commercial real estate, including Retail, Office, Industrial and Multi-Family. David has facilitated both sales and leases for some of the largest property owners, tenants and developers, and his clientele ranges from celebrity/entertainment businesses, to national and local landlords and business owners.
As a native of Los Angeles, David has lifelong knowledge of the trade areas, offering his clients a first-hand perspective on one of the most vibrant and volatile real estate markets. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is active in a number of charitable organizations, including The Jewish Federation, Jewish Family Service, The Lollipop Theatre Network, Camp Harmony and Guardians of the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the Aging.
David is licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate as a Real Estate Broker. He resides in Beverly Hills with his family.
